We have a secure on line reservation system but we do encourage you to call for the latest availability. If we are fully booked we will strive to find you alternative accommodation in the Kelso area.

Check-In Times

An approximate arrival time is helpful as this information can help us with planning our day.

Check In: 4pm onwards. Earlier check in available by prior arrangement. If arrival time is expected to be later than 7pm, please contact us to arrange.

Check Out: 10:30am. Later check outs available by prior arrangement. A small surcharge may be requested.

Please note that we accept well behaved dogs in the house (subject to availability) and request they have a clean blanket/bedding on which to lie. We request that the dogs are not left alone in the room unless absolutely necessary and in those cases they must be contained within a cage/crate. Bellevue House is home to a Wheaten Terrier and a Hungarian Viszla and we strive to maintain peace and quiet within the house in consideration of the other guests. We make a small charge for pets to cover the additional cleaning of our rooms.

A short walk from the rear of the Guest House is the Cobby by the River Tweed where pets can be exercised freely. Local Council bylaws require that you clean up after your pet.
